2. Clinic Assistant, Spring Hope Orthopaedic Spine Surgery [From Dec 2019 To Apr 2020]

- Adminstrative duties such as booking appointment for scans, blood test, operating theatre, anaesthetist, surgical assistant and vendor for surgery.

- To assist doctor for procedure such as change dressing and injection in the clinic

- To dispense mediations with proper explanation in the clinic and hospital

- Keying in appropriate charges and handling payment and insurance while ensure fees are claimable such as insurance card, LOG, approval code, referral letter

- To do proper bookkeeping and financial counseling for procedures to be done in the hospital

- Create SOP related to workflow in the clinic
